Willow Park Housing Trust, Headquarters
Willow Park Housing Trust has appointed Hargreaves Contracting to design and build their new £3.2m headquarters building in Wythenshawe.
The 3 storey development will provide 35,000 sq.ft. of modern office space at the corner of Poundswick Lane and Woodhouse Lane, at the edge of the town centre.
A contemporary design will be used to create a 'flagship' head office building that achieves a 'very good' BREEAM rating by including sustainable design features. The scheme will have two distinct wings linked by a feature glazed atrium over the main entrance.
