Aldi Clayton - Ashton New Road

This new build store, utilising the pre-cast concrete wall system, followed on from a sizeable demolition contract of the existing bus depot and ground remediation to remove underground tanks and contaminated spoil.  This store is still ongoing and also includes a small adjacent 3,500 sq ft retail unit, part of which will be occupied by Subway.

The works may also include additional work to the existing Aldi unit which has remained unaffected by the works due to careful programming and planning. 

The store is currently on progamme and on budget.
