Aldi Bolton - Trinity Street

The Bolton store was again a unique build for Aldi, using steel cladding and a "Kelzip" roof system providing the aesthetics as required by local planning conditions.

The works followed an intensive demolition operation of the existing factory unit, ground remediation (including Japanese Knotweed) and the diversion of a main sewer.

The works were completed two weeks ahead of the allocated programme and on budget.
