Hargreaves Contracting are delighted and proud to have been appointed as Construction Managers tasked with the delivery of a number of exciting projects, including both new build and refurbishment of existing stores, alongside an equally impressive roll-out programme of extensions.
Typically the new build stores are of pre-fabricated construction which results in significant programme advantages over more traditional construction techniques, allowing the new stores to be brought on-line much sooner, whilst at the same time ensuring consistent build quality and performance.
The extensions are of varying designs and construction methods, largely dependent on planning and existing building / ground conditions.
