Hargreaves is unique among McInerney UK subsidiaries in that it encompasses both contracting and commercial development within its portfolio.

Since the 1930's from its North West base, the Hargreaves name has long been synonymous with quality and performance.

Our highly experienced and expert contract and development teams are able to provide efficient and effective construction and development solutions to meet the needs of both a speculative market and the bespoke requirements of individual clients.

Hargreaves' contracting division boasts longstanding strategic alliances with the public sector including extensive experience of partnership arrangements with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) including The Willow Park Housing Trust, Salford City Council, Manchester Methodists and Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council to name but a few.
